Receiving your Evaluation Survey today reminded me that I wanted to write and give you feed back on my recently completed re –roofing project.

I’ve been involved in more remodeling and improvement projects than I care to remember, but my recent experience with Moreno Roofing has certainly been the most satisfying and the least painful relationship with a contractor that I can remember. When I decided that my roof needed attention, I called four roofing contractors- including one that was highly recommended by another contractor. Your's was the only company to respond promptly and to submit an estimate within a reasonable period (one of the contractors never responded at all!). The project started exactly on time and was completed in a professional manner. And I appreciate your cooperation in covering the roof and the un- flashed skylights during the unexpected rainstorm.

Based on this very positive experience with Moreno Roofing, I will have absolutely no reservations recommending your company to friends. Also, I plan on starting an addition to the house next year, and I will definitely call you regarding the roofing phase.
