We will have very pleasant memories of the experience we just had with your firm. Thank you for a job well done. From the first phone call, the communication with us was excellent and pleasantly handled. All of your workmen were pleasant, conscientious, and communicative. The end of their first day particularly impressed me. Tearing off a tar and gravel roof is a very messy job, and at midday it was quite a mess. I returned home at 5:30 PM, and your crew had gone for the day. There was a sign hanging on my roof with your "no mess" logo. I looked around the spotless yard, and my freshly hosed driveway. It was cleaner than when they got there! In any construction project, there are the inevitable problems or unforeseen circumstances that occur. When such issues came up, your staff jumped on the problems and solved them right away. To me, this is the area that separates great companies from good ones.
