Thank you for the job your Company did on my house. I am in the business of providing service to customers, as you are, and I always appreciate it when I receive praise for a job well done.

I would like to praise not only the very fine roofing job we received, but most of all the crew, which did the job. I work out of my home and spend most of my time in the home and could see for myself what an efficient hardworking crew you have. I don’t think I have ever seen a harder working group of men and, in fact, they worked as if they owned the company themselves! You should be very proud to have such individuals working for you.

I did not take the opportunity to pass these feelings on to your crew so I would appreciate you doing so for me.
